Description: The research project focuses on enhancing consumer engagement with AI laundry appliances by developing storytelling marketing strategies. The project investigates how consumers perceive the core performance of AI laundry products, such as convenience, time-saving features, and labor reduction, and aims to bridge the gap between technology and consumer expectations. Using methods like big data analysis and consumer interviews, this study identifies critical factors that influence consumer satisfaction and adoption. Additionally, it aims to design a new lifestyle concept centered on AI laundry technologies, positioning LG Electronics as a leader in the evolving smart home and AI appliance market.

Description: This project will develop a wide range of products and services, including fashion, food, robotics, and educational programs, for improving elderly consumers’ daily life values through an interdisciplinary research team with the collaboration of the departments of fashion and textiles, consumer studies, nutrition studies, nursing, and dentistry. With the three-year interdisciplinary study, our research team aims to improve elderly consumers’ lives and suggest digital-technology-based products and services that solve their life issues.

Research project developing ‘Precious and Shining Me’ for Korean adolescents: Development, implement, and evaluation of education programs for Korean adolescents’ positive body images

Description: This project will develop an educational program that enhances Korean adolescents’ positive body image by applying the ADDIE (analysis-design-development-implement-evaluation) method. A middle school in Busan, South Korea, will implement the education initiative as a subject through collaboration with middle school teachers. Through this field application, my research team will be able to improve the program's content and prepare it for widespread use in schools.
